About Briana Cattledge

As a native of the Chicagoland area, Briana brings a strategic, cultural, and personable approach to the real estate home selling experience.

Pulling from her proficiency in social services, Briana has built a reputation for her proactive behavior to go above and beyond to meet the client’s needs. She has a proven ability to assist sellers in a smooth, stress-free sale of their homes, ensuring that they feel content with their return on investment.

Briana has her finger on the pulse of the local real estate market by offering clients extensive expertise in the neighborhoods across the city of Chicago. By joining the Martin Edwards team, a top producer at Coldwell Banker Realty, she continues her service of specializing in new constructions, remodeled homes, income-producing investments, and multi-residential properties. 

With a Bachelor of Social Work from Central Michigan University, she connects her studies of understanding people to the theories and processes of world-renowned real estate experts. This includes:

• Managing financial budgets to calculate After Repair Values (ARV)
